Yes, Birdles Digital’s data on Australian consumers is provided to us under a perpetual licence from Data Direct Pty Ltd. The data has been collected under their Privacy policy according to the Privacy Act 1988 and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. Birdles Digital only enables SMS campaigns. If you would like to run an email campaign we recommend contacting Data Direct Pty Ltd on 1300 788 109 or at info@data-direct.com.au.

Birdles Digital licenses its consumer data from Data Direct Pty Ltd. Data Direct collects data directly from the consumer via brand funded competitions, transactional websites, rewards programs and branded video content across multiple platforms including broadcast TV, online, mobile, social media and on-site activations.

We store this data securely, and only use it to provide the service to it. For example we do not contact your customer other than when we deliver SMSs on your behalf, and we do not sell this data to any third parties.

Birdles Digital’s platform is especially designed for businesses that need to reach local consumers, however any business not on our Prohibited List is welcome to use our business.

The practical limit is 1, however Birdles Digital recommends you use the service to reach more people than this.

Birdles Digital is able to send more than 100,000 SMSs at one time. Practically the maximum will be determined by how many consumers are in the up to 12 postcodes you select.

If a consumer asks about the source of the data, then tell them that you licence the data from Birdles Digital Pty Ltd.
